This 30-minute session is designed to help with one main health concern that has developed recently (within the last 30 days). Common examples include colds, flu, recovery from minor injuries, or support after surgery. Together, we’ll talk through your symptoms and I’ll guide you to the herbs that can best support your body’s natural healing. You’ll leave with a personalized 1-month herbal blend created specifically for your needs. This consultation is offered in both English and Spanish.

Policies: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged a $30 fee.
