This is a 60-minute one on one consultation to cultivate a bespoke herbal protocol while expanding your herbal knowledge, strengthening personal intuition, and supporting optimal health and wellbeing. In this session we will discuss in detail your personal health history, chronic lifestyle challenges, and desired areas of improvement for your physical, emotional, and energetic quality of life. Clients may select up to four preferred Herbal Rituals and resources or elect to do a deep dive into two, in order to support the development of their personal herbalism and ritual crafting practices. In addition to an emailed copy of personalized recommendations for action based lifestyle practices and accessible protocols for achieving long-term wellness goals, clients will receive custom journaling reflection prompts, detailed copies of any rituals or readings from the consultation, and an intuitively crafted custom herbal blend based on themes and health needs covered in the consultation.
