We invite you to experience this unique combination of craniosacral therapy, energy release, and gentle work on muscles and fascia. This treatment is designed to calm the nervous system and open the door to healing. When the nervous system is brought into balance, the body can reveal many layers of tension and trauma. We do not force the body to change, we allow it to change.

Developed by an osteopathic surgeon, Craniosacral Therapy begins with assessment of the cranio-sacral rhythm. With a light touch, we observe restrictions of movement in the joints, muscles, and organ systems, and then allow them to unwind and release tension. Many clients experience a deep state of conscious relaxation during this treatment.
