Initial Ayurvedic Consultation

Description

Individual’s Prakriti (body’s constitution) and Vikriti (current imbalances) will be identified. Other Ayurvedic diagnostic tools (ex: examining tongue, pulse, etc.) will be used to form a complete health history. The holistic overview of one’s health will benefit in creating a diet and lifestyle plan, which would be provided within the next 1-2 days after the visit. The customized plan may include recommended treatments and/or herbs. Please Note: If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so with at least 24-hours notice. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel less than 24-hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the service.
