This is a 30-minute one on one consultation to cultivate a bespoke herbal protocol while expanding your herbal knowledge, crafting personalized herbalism infused rituals, strengthening personal intuition, and discovering the herbs and archetypes to best support the navigation of themes present in the current chapter of your life and that you seek to call in moving forward. In this session we will discuss your current health concerns and primary desired area of improvement for your physical and emotional quality of life. Clients may select their two preferred ritual resources for our session, to promote the deepening of daily or seasonal self care with the use of herbal allies. Following the session, clients will receive an emailed copy of personalized recommendations for rituals, actionable steps towards addressing primary health concerns, detailed copies of any rituals or readings from the session, and guidance for accessible energetic or lifestyle practices to support immediate health goals. You will also take home an intuitively crafted custom herbal blend based on themes and health needs covered in the consultation.
